Sharon’s Design Advantage
Designing Spaces That Live Beautifully
I’m Sharon Stewart, and for over 27 years, I’ve guided clients through the process of creating custom kitchens and cabinetry — from the very first conversation to the final finishing touch. I’ve designed over 1,000 kitchens, and my work extends well beyond that to include vanities, wall units, libraries, laundry rooms, and more. The National Association and Remodeling Industry,(NARI) has certified me as an accredited space Designer, (ACSD) I provide 3 D CAD drawings.
Whether you’re renovating an existing home or building a new one, I’m there every step of the way. I personally take all measurements, assess the space, and work closely with you to understand how you live and what you need. One of my greatest strengths is reimagining older layouts and transforming outdated kitchens into spaces that are not only functional, but stunningly beautiful. I also collaborate frequently with builders on new construction, integrating cabinetry seamlessly into the home’s overall design.
Every project is deeply personal — and I make sure it feels that way. I believe the best design is the one we create together. My role is to listen carefully, offer guidance, and walk you through every decision with clarity and care. Clients often become friends, because this work is about more than just design — it’s about connection, communication, and trust.
I work with a team of skilled local craftsmen who have over 20years of experience in cabinetry and millwork, and installation. They bring the same precision and pride to every project we do today. Together, we offer true custom craftsmanship — built right here, locally. Clients are even able to visit the shop and watch their cabinetry being made, which is a rare and special experience.
Our cabinetry is built to the highest standards using double-sided, ¾-inch plywood veneer core, which adds strength and prevents warping. Back panels fit into grooves on all sides for added rigidity — never stapled. We use full cabinet tops to eliminate the common issue of utensils getting caught behind drawers. All drawers are solid wood with dovetail construction, and our upper cabinets are made with a 13-inch depth as standard, offering more usable space.
Let’s design a space that feels like home — and functions like a dream.

“Working with Sharon Stewart from Paramount Kitchens was a pleasure from start to finish. Our space had some challenges. We needed to design the space with a 60 inch range and a step down area for a peninsula. Sharon’s patience and eye for detail shows in every area of our dream kitchen. Sharon was present through out the entire process of design, demo, construction and install. Paramount exceeded our expectations on all levels. We know have a kitchen that is functional and beautiful! Many thanks to Sharon, Joe, Bob and Rob…you guys nailed it!”
“From the planning stages to installation, Sharon held my hand throughout the entire process. She made me feel comfortable, while still being professional, and I ended up with a fabulous kitchen. The workmanship of Paramount Kitchens was meticulous. If I ever had a request, they were more than willing to help along the way. I am extremely pleased with how efficient and timely my experience was. My family and I can now enjoy a beautiful and custom-furnished kitchen together.”
“Who wants their mother in law designing their kitchen….ME! Thank Goodness for Sharon, just because I am a chef and know my way around kitchens doesn’t mean I know how to design them. Sharon was perfect at bringing my vision to life while at that same time enhancing it and making it better then I could have ever imagined. She is the ultimate professional but also the kind of person you want to invite into your kitchen for coffee. Thanks Sharon for making the heart of my home so functional and beautiful.”
“I liked their work so much that, when I finally was able to renovate my kitchen, I knew right away whom to call. Paramount’s turn-key operation means that it partners with highly experienced installers, electricians, plumbers, and painters—as well as suppliers of quality counter tops and floors—to coordinate and expedite the entire process as seamlessly as possible.”
